One of the rewards of rescue is the people you meet.
I think it takes a special person to bypass requesting a two month old puppy that looks like it's bound for Westminster and accept an older, not so perfect dog. This dog, a stray at one of the LA County shelters was estimated to be 7 years old and 30 lbs overweight. |
