Just checking to be sure I can post ok.

And, BTW, this is cool! Individuals can post polls if they want! I like that.

If that's what's wanted, we can do that. Right now I've got the mods with that ability...but can be changed for whatever forum with just a click. Doesn't matter one way or another to me. :)

Testing Animated GIF in signature. I had a LOT of fun making this! :)

OK, well, it's close. I reworked it so it was smaller, and the footprints now move a bit. Have to rework those frames smaller...tomorrow. It's too late tonight.

That animation is cute! I especially liked the "...and sometimes two". Great photo with that. Heehee.

There! Now it's the right size! :D I was tired last night and it didn't hit me until this morning that I had created that at 200ppi and it needed to be sized down to 72ppi and made just a smidge smaller. 33k works.

Hey, Pat! :) Glad you made it here!

Just changing avatars to see if all my posts changed & they did. This is Taylor...and exactly what I see when I open my eyes in the morning.

Hi again!
Sorry I didn't get back to the BB for a bit... My "old guy" Matt had surgery today for bladder stones, so I have been worried about him since I set up the appointment after his ultrasound last week. Everything went fine with the surgery, but, needless to say, he is feeling a little "punk" tonight. I think I am in worse shape from worrying than he is from the surgery!

How's your guy doing now, Pat?

Sorry - been "off" awhile again. Can't seem to get into the habit of checking a new place for email.
Matt is doing much better! He is a pretty tough old boy.

I know it does take a bit to remember to check this like you check your email. I'm on a few other boards, so it's just a part of my computer routine. LOL

Glad to hear he's doing well!

There's an option to request notification when a reply is posted. I have that selected so it periodically reminds me to check the board.

I wish this BB sent out emails to members like YahooGroups does. It's the only thing I've found so far that is missing and I'd really like to have.

Unfortunately, it's not set to do that. But I did just send out an email to everyone signed up as a reminder to check the BB like you do email. It'll take a bit to remember to do that, but once you're in the habit, it's easy.

Do you guys want semi regular emails like that? Not a problem if you do. :D

I would appreciate it. Then I can select not to get notifications when people post on specific topics. Starts adding up with all those notification emails after a while!

OK, will do. :)

I just check emails, then check BB's/Forum boards I belong to. But it did take me a bit more to remember with this one since we also communicate by email. Easier with the ones that pretty much only communicate through their boards.

OH...and you can go through this board easier if, after you sign in, you click on "New posts since my last visit" in the upper right hand corner. I'm not sure how accurate that is yet, haven't paid much attention to that, but some BB's work better at that than others.

The guy in the avatar is Matt. I am testing out a signature picture...
