Has anyone received the Communications Service March Votes Meetings 2006 from Scott Vail today, if so any thoughts.
Barbara
Hi Barbara,
I did and glanced over it while on the run to appts. If I understand correctly motion 06-015 has been tabled until the end of April.
What are the other two motions (05-086 and 05-087) that J. Cheskawich referred to?
I plan to read it again later tonight when things are quiet and I can concentrate.

The motions were in the 11/21/05 Communication Service.
05-086 was about advising NSR to find a way to refer to Non-NSR groups - it had a deadline of Feb 01, 06, so I am not sure if it can really be considered an open motion...
05-087 was about setting up mediation between NSR and non-NSR groups - I believe that would still "supercede" 06-015
I personally found it very interesting that a lot of the non-NSR groups were willing to send the type of information to SCA that they were not willing to send to NSR. I also thought that some of the comments seemed to implicate additional criteria to be "listed" when it seems that the "criteria" and who reviews it is the crux of the non-NSR groups "problems" with NSR.

Barbara, thanks for starting this thread. Since it's a bit more involved than Southern CA, I'm moving it up to the publicly viewed, able to be commented on by any registered user General Discussion area. :)
